我国能源安全的高度重要现实利益是以新能源安全观为基础的石油供应安全；高度重要战略利益是提高石油生产能力和加强替代能源研究，实现能源供需平衡；重要现实利益是减少能源对环境的影响，优化能源结构；重要战略利益是发展可再生能源，实现能源的可持续安全使用。
